ITEM DESCRIPTION
THE IGNITION LOCK SWITCH HOUSING ASSEMBLY WITH KEY FOR SALE IS A COMMON FAILURE POINT ON MANY VW MODELS.
When this part wears out, the ignition may jam and the key will no longer turn. Replacing this assembly resolves that issue.
Programming may be required by a locksmith or dealership.
The 2 keys included are key shells, allowing you to transfer your original transponder chip to avoid programming if desired.
